"sometimes a hat, it's only a hat" Dr. Freud

Sunscreen!
Never stop using it?
If I could offer you only one tip for the future
would be this: wear sunscreen!
The long-term benefits of the use of sunscreen have been proved by science,
But the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience.
But now I will dispense this advice now ...

Enjoy fine, as long as possible, the power and beauty of
youth.
Or, forget it ... You will not understand the power and beauty of youth
until they have faded.
But you can believe that twenty years from now you will evoke your photos,
And notice in a way that you do not suspect today
How much possibility sprang open before her.
And like you really had it all over,
You're not fat or fat ...

Do not worry about the future.
Or worry, if you want, but know that
pre-occupation is as effective as chewing gum to try
solve an algebra equation.
The real troubles in your life are apt to be things that never crossed your worried mind;
and get you in weakness at 4 pm on a sleepy Tuesday.

Every day, face at least one thing that really frightens you.

Sing.

Do not be reckless with other people's hearts.
Ature not frivolous people at heart.
Floss.

Do not waste your time on jealousy.
Sometimes you're up and
sometimes low.
The race is long and in the end
it's just you against yourself.

Remember compliments you receive.
Forget the insults.
Achieve this, teach me.
Keep your old love letters.
Throw away your old bank statements.

Stretch.

Do not feel guilty for not knowing what to do in life
The most interesting people I know do not know at
twenty-two
what they wanted to do in life.
Some of the most interesting forties that I still know
do not know.

Get plenty of calcium.
Be kind to your knees.
You'll miss them.

Maybe you'll marry, maybe not.
Maybe you have children, maybe not.
Maybe you'll divorce at forty, maybe you'll dance the funky chicken on your
diamond wedding.

Whatever you do do not congratulate yourself too much or berate yourself,
Your choices are half chance of working,
It is well for everyone.
Enjoy your body Use it every way you can, even!
Do not be afraid of it or of what other people think of it.
It's the greatest instrument you'll ever own.

Dance.
Even though no where but in your own room.
Read the instructions that will not even follow them.
Do not read beauty magazines, they will only make you feel ugly

Chorus: Brother and Sister
Together we'll make it trough
Someday the spirit Will you take
And guide you there
I know you've b hurting
But I've been waiting to be there for you
And I'll be there just helping you out
Whenever I Can

Get to know your parents. It is impossible to predict when they
'll be gone for good.
Be nice to your siblings. They're your best link to your
past and the people most likely stick with you in the future.

Understand that friends come and go, but never let go of some
just and good.
Strive for truth to bridge the gaps in geography and lifestyle because the older you get,
More you need the people you knew when you were young.

More in New York once, but leave before it hardens.
More in Northern California once, but leave before it makes you soft.

Travel.

Accept certain inalienable truths:
Prices will rise, politicians will philander, you too will get old.
And when you do you'll fantasize that when you were young prices were reasonable, politicians were noble
And children respected their elders.
Respect your elders!
And do not expect anyone else to support you.
Maybe you have a trust fund.
Maybe you'll marry a good party, but you never know when either one might run out.
Do not mess too much with your hair or not when you're 40 it will look 85.

Be careful whose advice you buy,
but be patient with those who supply it.
Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal
wiping it off,
painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

But the sunscreen, believe me.
